Sail Coral acts as an intermediary between clients and yacht owners/operators. All charters include a licensed, experienced captain. Sail Coral is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by yacht and charter agreement. Full details will be provided at the time of booking. Sail Coral strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellations, delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Sail Coral will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
